All talk slots are 20 minutes in length. Please plan to present for no more than 15 minutes, leaving time for discussion and changeover between speakers.
A laptop computer will be available in the conference room and all talks should be presented from this computer. Please save your presentation as a Powerpoint or PDF document and bring it to your session chair to be loaded onto the conference computer before the start of your session.
Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting. Presenters will be assigned to groups and each group will be asked to be available at their poster on a specific day.
Poster boards are 120 cm x 120 cm. Please use any poster layout you prefer as long as the finished product will fit within this space. Pins will be available on site for affixing the posters to the boards.
There is no poster printing on site. You can print to Kinkos/FedEx at the base of the canyon but you will need arrange for your own pick up; if you go with that option, we recommend asking other meeting participants to coordinate a group pick-up.
